How Our Emergency Response Works
Call 0800 002 5968 and you speak to our team straight away, day or night. We dispatch the nearest engineer and aim to be on site within 90 minutes of your call.
On arrival, the engineer finds the cause before touching anything. A CCTV camera goes into the line to locate the blockage or failure, then high pressure water jetting clears it and restores flow. Site specific RAMS are provided before work begins, so your facilities or estates team has what it needs for sign in.
Once the drain is running, we explain what we found and what, if anything, should happen next. If the camera shows damage, we can quote for repairs, relining or replacement, with no dig options where suitable.
Commercial Drainage Emergencies We Handle
Blocked drains, soil pipes, toilets and urinal systems
Flooding and water backing up into the building
Sewer and manhole blockages
Burst and damaged drain pipes needing urgent repair
Blocked Aco drains, gullies and car park drainage
Fat, oil and grease (FOG) build up causing repeat blockages
Commercial Sites We Support Across London
A drainage failure on a commercial site costs more than the repair. Wards close, residents are moved, car parks shut and tenants complain. We work with estates and facilities teams across London and Kent who need an engineer they can rely on at 3am as much as 3pm. The sites we attend most often:
Hospitals and healthcare facilities, including our ward flood recovery at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospital
Care homes, where our emergency waste pipe upgrade at The Lodge Care Home kept residents safe and comfortable
Commercial and managed properties with shared drainage runs
After an emergency, many clients move onto a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) agreement, scheduled off peak or overnight so the problem does not come back.
